hereafter my comments for Action A13:

1.        I would suggest to rename UncertainEvidence simply as Evidence and to come up with a definition for evidence… It is more like the Information class…and maybe we can have a class EvaluationSubject, regrouping Information, Evidence, Source and something like Algorithm or Process…
2. We have three names for concepts related to contradictions: Inconsistency (under UncertainityType), Dissonant (under UncertainEvidence) and  Dissonance (under EvidenceHndling).. this can lead to confusion, maybe it can be useful to have just one name.       Also, everything under UncertainEvidence can be related to criteria under EvidenceHandling…do we need  to keep all those notions or just the criteria?
3. What I believe is missing at this point is to highlight the subjects of criteria, in the comments part for instance… comment related to the previous one …
4. Definitions of Performance and Scalability focus on the ability of a “representational technique”  … but they are under ReasoningCriteria, ..so again it is a bit confusing….we can change the definition for Performance and the position for Scalability…
